Location: The villa is located on the seafront in Ayia Thekla village. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is two minutes drive, Agia Napa is 5 minutes drive where you can enjoy the extensive night life and a few minutes more to Protaras and Paralimni. The magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 15 minutes. There is a supermarket in Agia Thekla village. It will take you 2 minutes drive to it from the villa. There is a beach next to the villa but the shoreline is of gently shelving flat rocks and ideal for swimming or snorkeling. On the other side of the creek there are a few small sandy beaches.
Accommodation & Facilities: Serena villa is a Private Home in a quiet residential area.
The lounge has an LCD TV with Satellite and is accompanied by 2 sofas and an arm-chair. Access from the lounge can be gained to the outside area with seawater swimming pool with sunbeds and shaded terrace equipped with table, chairs and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units Major appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and microwave.
Villa Serena villa has 4 double bedrooms – 2 of them are situated on the basement floor and 2 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Basement floor also offers a separate Jacuzzi room. Bath towels and bed linen are provided for your use. Please, bring your own towels to use around the pool and on the beach.
