Location : Adonis luxurious villa has unobstructed sea views and a secluded beach on your doorstep. The picturesque village of Pervolia is within short driving distance property where you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of restaurants serving local and continental cuisine also a Chinese take away, for those wishing for a more traditional fare try Tony’s bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities a small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa.

Accommodation & Facilities: The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. Adonis villa is fully air conditioned and equipped to the highest standards.
The ground floor area is open plan. There is lounge area with leather settees, satellite TV and DVD; kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Everything is provided to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
One of the bedrooms with double bed and en-suite shower room is located downstairs. There is also guest toilet on the ground floor.
Marble staircase leads to the first floor with three further en-suite bedrooms. Master bedroom has bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and toilet. Second bedroom is twin-bedded; these two rooms share a balcony with front sea view. The third bedroom comes with double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Outside there is big private swimming pool (10 x 5m) with sun beds and umbrellas provided. Shaded terrace is equipped with table and chair, stone-built traditional barbeque is available.
