Location: Aveon villa is located a small community, located in the Protaras coastline. The are are several restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other amenities, just meters away. The centers of Paralimni and Protaras are just 5 minute drive each and Ayia Napa is less than 15 minutes drive away. A Serene Bay, located directly in front of Blue Water Village features a sandy beach
with crystal waters, indeed what all of Protaras is famous for.
Accommodation & Facilities : Aveon villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for self-catering holiday. Ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen and dinning room which are open plan.In the living room there is TV, DVD player, stereo system. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, micro-wave, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils provided. You will also find a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Two sets of patio doors lead onto the patio area with private pool and small garden. The outside area is completely illuminated and provides a beautiful area to enjoy at night-time.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Double bedroom is fully fitted and furnished with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features bunk-beds and also has en-suite. All necessary bed linen including bath robes is provided and with respect of your privacy, housekeeping service is provided once a week.
