Location:The villa is located in anew beachside development on the Dhekelia Road in Larnaca, between the Palm Beach and Golden Bay Hotels. The main town of Larnaca is a 10-15 minutes drive away. The development lies within 3-5 minutes’ walk of the main bar and restaurant area in the region but is far enough away not to be bothered with hustle and bustle of the area. There is a very good mix of local tavernas as well as a mix of very good quality, Indian, Chinese, French, Mexican and Lebanese. There are plenty of bars from intimate cocktail to sports bars. The Golden Bay and The Palm Beach hotels both offer a good variety of water sports including jet-skiing, water skiing and paragliding.
Accommodation & Facilities:The villa Aquamarina boasts sea front position with magnificent unobstructed sea views. The compact kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dish washer and fridge/freezer. The living area and dining area are open plan and have magnificent sea views. The furnishings are a combination of comfortable sofas and period furniture. Entertainment is provided by the large LCD TV satellite and DVD. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with WC and basin. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, all with double beds and TV. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with sea view and all share a family bathroom. All bedrooms, the living area and the kitchen have air conditioning units. The outside area has a garden at the front of the house and a large swimming pool at the back with roman steps for easy access. There is an outside shower and a built in barbecue provided allowing you to enjoy summer dining al fresco.
