Location: Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac the villa is a mere 800 meters from the main strip of Protaras which boasts a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy taverns, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family. At the heart of the strip is the well known sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay which benefits from an abundance of facilities for water sports enthusiasts.

Accommodation & Facilities: Luxurious, brand new, (2007) Livia villa situated in the heart of Protaras on the new Mesogios Gardens B complex. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the golden sands of Fig Tree Bay beach with water sports facilities, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is fully equipped and furnished to a very high modern standard, that combines practical living with all modern accessories and luxury. Open plan ground floor area consists of lounge, kitchen and dining room.
All furniture is brand new, every effort has been made to cater for your needs whilst on your holiday. Sitting area is bright and spacious and features a corner sofa, coffee table and an arm-chair. There are also LCD TV, DVD player and stereo-system and Playstation 2.
Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast area with sitting for four. Separate dining table seats six persons.
The two patio doors lead on to a very spacious patio area & private pool (8x4). Patio area is fully furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, BBQ & pool shower.
Marble staircase leads to the first floor where three bedrooms and a family bathroom are. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedded. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which is included in the price (not more than 250 units per week.).
