Location: Villa is in a small private estate in the much sought after area of Kapparis, between Protaras and Paralimni. The villa provides perfect family accommodation in a perfect location. Positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where golden sandy beaches and honey coloured cliffs, sea caves, tranquil surroundings and the crystal clear azure water of the Mediterranean all blend together to form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. Fireman’s Beach is only 2 minutes walk from the villa, and a 5 minute stroll finds you on Kapparis 'strip' with its wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. If the sun, beach, pool and luxurious surroundings are your ideal holiday you won't need a car, but with a short taxi journey or your own car you can reach the main tourist area of Protaras only ten minutes drive along the spectacular coast. Paralimni with its cosmopolitan shops and pretty town square is 5 minutes away and Ayia Napa with its famous night life can be reached in 15 minutes. The water park at Ayia Napa is a great day out and only 20 mins drive from the villa.
Accommodation & Facilities: Flora Villa is a luxury, brand new 4 bedroom home, perfect for family holidays in an idyllic location. Villa has only just been completed. The villas fabulous 9m pool is significantly larger than most and its good size 400m2 plot, barbecue, outside shower and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The large flat screen TV with extensive choice of English TV channels, full air-conditioning and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay with a true 5* feeling.
The open plan living space is very spacious with large patio doors to the front and rear of the property. There are 3 high quality sofas and large dining room table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and top quality microwave, and large fridge / freezer. The large TV is equipped with Satellite including English language films, kids channels and drama or you can bring your own DVDs. The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor and downstairs you'll find all mod cons in the kitchen as well as three spacious sofas and large screen TV with wide choice of English Satellite channels. Villa can sleep 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms with Large Double Beds, third bedroom is with 2 Single Bed, and the 4th with 1 Single Bed. The large bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes, remote-control air conditioning and window shutters. They are extremely spacious. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and there is also a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 Shower room: Downstairs – Toilet, En-suite - Toilet, Shower Enclosure, Large family - Toilet, Bath with Shower and Outside - Outdoor Shower . The bathrooms and downstairs cloakrooms all enjoy large, well-lit mirrors. The en-suite is easily accessible without having to intrude directly on the master bedroom area.
Outside there are private swimming pool, table and chairs for 8 as well as sun-beds and umbrellas if you prefer some shade. We have private parking that is fully shaded, ideal for keeping the car cool
