Location:Luxury 4 bedroom with 5 bathrooms secluded Villa, private swimming pool 7x14m with external pool-Jacuzzi and facilities for the disabled, situated 1km from the beach in Ayia Marina Polis Chrysochous, Paphos district area - Cyprus.
Accommodation & Facilities: Medea 4 bedroom villa is with heated pool 7x14m. Villa has 4 bedrooms, all with an-suite facilities with razor plug and bell button for emergency's. The 2 bathrooms upstairs have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. The downstairs en-suite has a shower cubicle instead of bath (as this is easier for the disabled to use). In addition there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
There are 2 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs, the one of which has facilities for the disabled. From the 2 bedroom upstairs the one is with king size be and the other with 2 beds of 4". Each of the 2 downstairs bedroom have a king size bed. In addition there are 2 double sofa-bed in the lounge area. 2 cots can be supplied on request. The villa can sleep 8 people in comfort and a maximum of 12. All the bedrooms have panoramic sea & mountain view. And every bedroom has it's own private balcony or veranda, all equipped with wooden table and 3 chairs.
Lounge has Hi-fi system with CD player, cassette player and radio. TV 28'' with 7 local channels and also special digital satellite system (about 600 sat. channels) located in the lounge downstairs, DVD Player, Video player (VHS tape).
Kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, Fridge, Gas Hobs and fan, Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, Tea maker, Griller, General kitchen utensils, also salt, pepper, toilet rolls etc. Other Facilities: Washing machine, Iron with ironing board, Hair dryer, Safe box. There are 6 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for all areas of the Villa.
Outside: Luxury & heated swimming pool about 7x14m 9 wooden sun beds , 4 Sun-Umbrellas, Wooden garden table with chairs. The pool has 3 Stairs: With Roman steps to the shallow end (Jacuzzi end) suitable for the disabled and children and 2 ladders to the deep end. Jacuzzi: The swimming pool has a powerful external pool-Jacuzzi in the shallow end. Pool table (billiard table) Enjoy your holidays using also our pool table, available for you under the gazebo.
A professional Sauna for 4-5 people is established at the villa. The use of that (optional) is charged with the additional cost of 5.00 CYP per day.
A Professional BBQ is been established in the outside area of the villa. There you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that we have all the machineries and equipments.
There are also 2 ground floor verandas, one outside the kitchen with mountain view and the other outside the lounge with sea view.
